Our Normal Turn Time i for shirt orders is 5-7 business days for individual orders less than 5 items. 5-10 Items Turn Time 7-10 business days, 10 – 30 items 2 -3 weeks . Over 30 items orders we ask for at least a 4 week advance notice estimated completion time will be given once order confirmed. (all of these turn times are processing time Shipping time is additional)
Please note turn time for certain items such as shoes, bags, umbrella, curtains, car seat covers processing time can take from 8-20 business days plus shipping this will be noted in items description

Please understand once the item is with the mail carrier we are not responsible for shipping delays as this is out of our control nor are we responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, you will need to speak with your postal office directly using your tracking number.

All Payments are required upfront before any processing begins
Large Group orders such as family reunions, 50% deposit required upfront for total orders up to $400, Orders with a total balance over $400 65% deposit is required. 25% of the deposit is non refundable after 48 hours.100% of deposit is non refundable after 1 week.
Invoices are sent on all custom orders and deposits can be paid via the invoice
Pick up options available for local pickups, please be aware these items must be paid in full prior to processing as well and pick only allowed with prior approval
